Rooms were clean, staff helpful, great neighborhood with cafes and grocery store nearby. Good location for public transport and close to Sagrada Familia. Spa access was a bonus. Will stay again.

Our apartment was mordern ad spacious
There were a few things that spoiled our stay; we mainly booked as you advertised an in door pool but didnt advise it was for adults only. (We stayed with our 11yr + 9yr old children) so they were very unhappy, even though its a newly refubashed it hadnt been cleaned properly for a while as there was thick dust in all rooms other peoples clothes under two of the beds, old food in the microwave, one of the toilets leaked no wine on arrivel as stated, we were told there wasnt a resterante even though you advertise one and a few other things.

It's easy commute to Barcelona via a metro station. Excellent design. If you like the residential area, then it would be an ideal place for you. We loved location and staff.

It justified our expectation. How ever the price may be high, but at least you get what you are paying for ( we booked it with flash deal, so it was propitious reservation)... It is a great place to stay with a children, because of the room layout and space in the apartment.Everything is brand new and vewy comfy with a great location ( not in the crowded La Ramblas- full with tourists...) We loved it and next time definetly will return!

Location, comfort, stylish decor. Two supermarkets directly beside the apartments.
The only fault was: no tea-towel in the kitchen.

Unfortunately a bit of a let down. Whilst the apartment was well furnished and to a high standard the problem was lack of space. I booked a three bed apartment which states it will sleep six. This is a slight exageration. You could comfortably sleep four but not six. There are three bedrooms, the master has on suite facilites and very nice with a kingsize bed. The other two bedrooms share another bathroom which was also fine, but the size of the bedrooms was a huge let down. The second bedroom has two small singles beds with just about enough room to swing a cat and ok for small chidlren up to I would say 7 or 8 years of age, any older and it could be a problem. The third bedroom was smaller again with a single bed with a pull out bed underneath it. The problem with this would be if you pulled out the bed you would then have a problem getting in the room. Also the living/dinning area was not really big enough for six people. Plus the dinning table only sat four so what do you do with the other two guests. On the other hand the kitchen was to a very high standard and also had use of a washer and dryer. We struggled with five in our party so I would day be aware when you book make sure you only book for four as six does not work. Also the receptionist who dealt with us was a little offish when showing us around.

WoW! What a great place! Nothing bad can be said about the comfort or the cleanliness of this place. The location is great, once you locate it! The pool/spa area was relaxing and just what we needed after the ride. The kitchen was well stocked and they even had laundry facilities for us. Two large bathrooms. The decor was modern and comfortable. Secure parking was a plus for the motorcycles.
Warning: There is a daycare below the apartments and those little buggers are out early! Also the apartments are new and the door locks were not properly drilled so we had a complicated time getting in. The parking was a pain for the motorcycles due to the step grade and the location to scan out of the garage.

We stay at Castro for 5 nights during the mwc in late Feb, the hotel was everything that we expect for, All staff at the reception was so very helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean (they have maid to clean it everyday), it has very good location too, just 5 minute walk to Sacrada Familia and subway surrounded by local cafe and shops, 20 minute easy walk to Diagonal and Pesseig de Gracia Avenue. We will definitely coming back to stay here again for our next meeting in Barcelona.

We found the three-bedroom suite in this hotel is the same price as a single bedroom in many others. Castro is located next to Sagrada Familia which is a perfect reason to have breakfast at the surrounding cafes. A walk to La Rambla is enduring, however, the metro station is located right next to the hotel too. A grocery store is conveniently located right across the street. As for the rooms, the design was flamboyant for most of the suite, the bedrooms lacked and were plain. That wasn't a problem though because we spent most of our time outside the hotel. The kitchen has all utilities and a washer and dryer for clothes are located in the back.
The services were a little below standard. There was no coffee/tea facilities, you had to buy your own. Bathroom durables were not included in the price of the room and you had to pay for shampoo, soap, ...etc. The spa and other facilities, including breakfast, were located in the neighboring building and you had to inform staff a day before in case you wanted to access them as a hotel residence.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with two metro stops just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. I loved being in a quieter part of town, yet still so close to the Sagrada Familia Basilica. The room was impressive, with great amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, a comfortable sitting area, and even a dressing area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. it was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.
I can't think of a single reason why anyone wouldn't want to stay at this hotel. It was truly a top-notch establishment, providing enhanced comfort and quality services.

The stuff was very helpful and friendly.
The pictures are quite misleading - the spa, patio, gym, breakfast are all in the neighbor building which is not part of the residences - you have to go out and go to the other building, and pay for your entrance if you want to use those facilities. That was very misleading from the ads, and the spa didn't not allow anyone under 18 to be there.
